Information we collect

Contact details you submit through our demo form (name, work email, store name, email volume), and customer emails you connect to MailTriage for processing.

How we use it

To respond to demo requests, provide the triage service, and improve support quality. Customer emails are processed by Anthropic Claude under a zero-retention policy and are never used to train AI models.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run MailTriage (such as our AI and form providers).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
